The neighborhood of Island Estates in Aventura consists of various single family estates and a marina, the former identified as the Alberti, Botticelli, Corsica, DaVinci and Estada.  The community is highly exclusive and sits on an island with a history that dates all the way back to the 1950s.  Today, Island Estates is popular for its excellent location and the homes within surrounded by water.  The vegetation is also a famed feature of this large waterfront community.
