The Harborview condo takes privacy a step further by allowing only five residents in each of its four buildings.  If Fisher Island didn’t already do a stellar job of making one feel exclusive, Harborview Fisher Island sure does.

Amenities are shared among the four Harborview condos and that includes things like the swimming pool.  Residents also enjoy boat docks and a pair of reserved parking spaces for each of its handful of units.  Each of the Harborview units has three bedrooms with three and half bathrooms and over 2,000 square feet of living space.  The lavish penthouses also include vaulted ceilings and a Jacuzzi deck along with plenty of additional features.
