Deering Bay Coral Gables is a private residential community found near the southeastern edge of the city recognized for its massive acreage and various flora and fauna.  The community is home to the popular Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club, three marinas and a golf course designed by professional golfer Arnold Palmer.  Like other neighborhoods in the area, Deering Bay is next to Biscayne Bay and next door to the large Chapman Field Park.

Deering Bay homes and Deering Bay condos come in large assortments but Deering Bay is actually one of the very few to actually have condominium buildings as opposed to just traditional homes and estates.  In regards to the condos, they are referred to as the Verona, Padua, Venice, and Siena.  All of these homes and condos are also near the University of Miami, Miami-Dade College and the shopping of Dadeland Mall found to the west of Deering Bay.
